Cancellation, Refund, Withdrawal Right and Conditions
CANCELLATION, REFUND, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONDITIONS
1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to use the right of withdrawal in question, the Buyer must notify the Seller of his/her decision to use the right of withdrawal by written notification (e-mail) or other means provided on the website (easy return tab) and must ship the product to the Seller within the 14-day period specified in this article. However, the product must not be in the category of Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used.
2. If the Buyer wishes to return the product by exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee. The product can be sent with the cargo company specified by the Seller or any cargo company preferred by the Buyer. However, if there is an error caused by the Seller (wrong or defective product sent) during the return process, the return shipping fee will be covered by the Seller.
For products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as earrings, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to hygiene conditions and returns/exchanges cannot be made. However, returns or exchanges are possible for defective or incorrectly sent earrings.
3. The buyer shall send the product's invoice and return form, if any, along with the product. In addition, the product to be returned must be sent complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
4. After the product returned by the Buyer is delivered to the Seller, the Seller will examine whether the necessary conditions for return are met. If the return conditions are met, the Seller will approve the return via the Website and refund the Product price to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the Seller.
5. If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the Buyer's fault or if return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to improper use of the product during the right of withdrawal period.
6. If the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the Seller due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
7. The products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised are as follows:
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the seller or provider.
- Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or subject to expiration.
- Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
- Contracts concerning goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
- Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material form, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
- Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under subscription contracts.
- Contracts related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the evaluation of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be made on a specific date or period.
- Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.

8. The Buyer accepts in advance that he/she has been informed about the right of withdrawal.
